Return Policy

At Desii Gabru, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process to ensure your shopping experience remains enjoyable and stress-free.

ELIGIBILITY

  • You may return products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

INITIATING A RETURN

  • Contact our customer service team at support@desiigabru.com to initiate return process.
  • Provide your order details and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery

REFUND PROCESS: 

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed using the original method within 7 business days.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
  • We may require you to provide photos or evidence of the damage/defect for verification.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as grooming tools and personal care products cannot be returned.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After that time, orders cannot be canceled as they are processed for shipping.
